Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Plant and Garden Care, we aim for your full satisfaction with every visit. However, due to the living nature of plants and outdoor environments, results can vary depending on external conditions beyond our control.

We offer refunds or free re-servicing under the following conditions:

  • If service was not delivered as scheduled due to our fault.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a specific service, and report it within 48 hours of completion (we will first attempt to resolve or re-perform the service).

  • For prepaid service packages: unused sessions may be refunded with a pro-rated deduction, provided cancellation is made with 7 days’ notice.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Plant damage due to poor pre-existing health, client neglect, or natural causes.

  • Work affected by severe weather or events beyond our control.

  • Services rendered where no complaints were made within 48 hours.
