1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and authorize Home Pro Service to perform the requested gardening, plant care, or maintenance tasks at the scheduled date and location.

2. Scope of Services

We provide services as listed on our website or in your service agreement (e.g., watering, pruning, fertilization, plant health checks, etc.). Any extra services outside the agreement may incur additional charges.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee (25% of the service charge).
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed clearly on our website or invoice.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Access & Safety

You are responsible for providing access to the property during the agreed service time.
We reserve the right to reschedule if weather or safety conditions prevent safe service delivery.

6. Damage & Liability

Our team exercises care in handling plants and property. However, we are not liable for damage due to poor plant health, pest infestations, or external environmental conditions.
If accidental damage occurs due to our service, please report it within 24 hours for resolution.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the visit. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

8. Termination of Service

Either party may end services with a 7-day written notice. Prepaid sessions will be refunded for unused visits, less any applicable fees.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
